When someone you refer goes ahead with an Alder Homes project, we’ll say thank you with a cash referral reward of 1% of the contract value — up to $3,000. Plus there’s a $500 bonus for referrals over $450,000. T&C's Apply
How it works
Step 1 – Refer someone by sending us their name and a few quick details.
Step 2 – We get in touch.
Step 3 – If they sign, & deposit is received, you get paid.

Anyone aged 18+ living in New Zealand can make a referral

Your name must be mentioned in the initial contact with Alder Homes

You receive 1% of the contract value (up to $3,000)

Projects valued over $450,000 receive an additional $500 bonus Reward
