PAPAKURA RENOVATION

PROJECT DETAILS

Type Of Project: Water Damage repair + Interior

and Exterior Renovation

Location: Papakura, Auckland

Year Completed: 2018

From a tired, leaking roof and water-damaged walls to a leaking shower, sparkly ceilings, and rotten carpet—this 1980s South Auckland home was in desperate need of a makeover.

We had the privilege of helping the owners turn their vision into reality, transforming this home into a stylish and sophisticated space. After addressing all the repairs, we got to work replacing and refreshing every detail, resulting in a stunning outcome. One of our favourite features? The beautifully stained timber paneling on the lounge wall—it adds a touch of warmth and character to the home.

It was a pleasure to bring this renovation to life!
