This beloved family home was severely affected by the January 2023 floods, leaving the interior ankle-deep in black water. Extensive restoration was needed to make it whole again.
We supported the family through every step of the process—from insurance reports and selecting modern finishes to the final sweep of the driveway. It was a pleasure to collaborate with them, sharing plenty of great laughs as we put the finishing touches on the home for its real estate presentation.
While it was bittersweet to see their home of many years go on the market, the family was very happy with the stunning transformation.
