A true 90s classic—this Farm Cove home was awash in pink, from the drapes and wallpaper to the carpet and even the garage! It was clear this East Auckland property was ready for a serious upgrade.

The Alder Homes team managed the entire renovation, carefully selecting paint colours and floor coverings to breathe new life into the home. With a tight budget, we focused on prioritizing upgrades while preserving some of the home’s original charm. The well-maintained kitchen cabinets and benchtop, ensuite fixtures, and unique features like the beautiful stained glass doors and charming kitchen window sliders were kept intact.

Everything else was refreshed with quality linings and modern fixtures. The result? A stunning, fresh transformation ready for this century ready for its next owners to enjoy!
